KILZ Chalk Style Decorative Paint is an ultra-matte paint formulated for small interior projects. With colors suitable for every space, it allows you to easily upcycle and add character to your furniture. Providing excellent coverage and hide, KILZ Chalk Style Paint goes on thick and can be applied over most existing finishes with little to no surface preparation.

Depending on your desired look, simply apply one to two coats on a clean, dust-free surface. Lightly sanding the surface prior to painting will help with adhesion. To enhance durability, seal the surface once it is dry with KILZ Clear Sealing Wax. For a vintage appearance, use KILZ Dark Sealing Wax.

KILZ Chalk Style Paint can be applied to old or new wood, cast stone, concrete, or properly prepared metal surfaces, but should not be used on horizontal surfaces subject to foot traffic. Shake the can thoroughly before opening for application. The paint dries to the touch in 1 hour and can be recoated after 2 hours. It covers up to 100 sq. ft. per quart and cleans up easily with soap and water.
